Ductless maintenance, $129One indoor head is $129, two are $175, three are $250, and four are $325. Each additional head is $75 on the same system. Service includes inspection of the associated outdoor unit.

What we check during a maintenance visit.

We tailor the visit to your equipment and its manufacturer’s requirements. These are the main areas we inspect, test, and discuss with you.

We check connections, electrical components, and motor operation for wear or abnormal readings.

Performance

We take operating readings appropriate to the equipment and check how well it heats or cools.

Airflow

We inspect the filter, blower, and coils, and check for airflow restrictions.

Water and drainage

We inspect the condensate drain, pan, trap, and safety switch where fitted.

Combustion and safety

For fuel-burning equipment, we check combustion, venting, and safety controls as applicable.

We test thermostat operation and check that the equipment responds correctly.

How do I choose between a single visit and a plan?

A one-time maintenance visit is $129 per eligible system. The $325 annual plan includes a heating visit, a cooling visit, priority scheduling, 10% off eligible parts and repairs, and $99 diagnostic service calls at any hour. Tell us about your equipment and we will help you compare the options.

How does the $99 diagnostic benefit work?

Active plan members pay $99 per system for diagnostic service calls at any hour. Repairs are separate and quoted before work. Non-member diagnostic charges are $129 during regular hours, $275 for evenings, weekends, and daytime holidays, and $375 overnight and on holiday evenings.

What if my home has two HVAC systems?

Each annual plan covers one HVAC system. A four-visit plan provides four visits for one system; it does not cover two systems. Call or text us with your equipment details so we can confirm the total price.

When should I schedule maintenance?

Spring is a good time for cooling maintenance, and fall is a good time for heating maintenance. If you are overdue, contact us and we will help arrange a visit.

Does a maintenance plan cover repairs?

The plan includes scheduled maintenance and its listed member benefits. Repair work is separate. We explain the repair price and any applicable member discount before you approve it.

Can I transfer my plan when I sell my house?

The four-visit Get Comfortable Plan is transferable to the next homeowner. Contact us before the move so we can arrange the transfer and confirm the details.

What happens if you find a problem?

We explain what we found and the recommended work, including its price. Your member discount applies to eligible repairs. If there is a safety concern, we explain what needs attention before the equipment can be used.

Twice now, I had an emergency with my aging HVAC system, and Bryan (the owner) showed up to fix the problem within hours of my calling. Each time, he figured out the problem in a few minutes and went on his way. He had the opportunity to price gouge me, because of the urgency of the fixes, but the repairs turned out much cheaper than I expected. Technically, he is very good, but he also respected my property and kept his disposable booties on the whole time. Talking to him, It was obvious he is obsessed with his company’s reputation. I think I have a winner here!
