Standard diagnostic
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We evaluate the first system for $129, explain what we found, and provide repair pricing before approved work begins. Each additional system on the same visit is $125.
After hours, weekends, holidays
$275 / $375
Emergency diagnostic
Non-members pay $275 for evenings, weekends, and daytime holidays, or $375 overnight and on holiday evenings. Repairs are quoted separately before work begins.

Members only, any hour
Maintenance contract holders pay $99 per system for diagnostic service calls at any hour, including nights and weekends. Members also receive 10% or 15% off eligible repairs depending on the active plan.
Diagnostic service calls and repair work are separate. We provide the repair price before you approve the work. Payment is due at the time of service.
